Was looking for a good quality fish oil. 3600 mg fish oil, 1300mg EPA and 860mg of DHA was one of the higher stengths at similar price to lower strength fish oils. Capsule is a little large but easy to swallow. Didnt have any side effects such as an upset stomach and my bloodwork has indicated my cholesterol is in a healthy place. Would recommend

Started taking these to alleviate joint pain and inflammation. They seem to be good quality. Fairly easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Later in the day I burped. It tasted like tuna but I couldn't remember eating tuna that day. Oh yeah, it was the fish oil 🤪 not a deal breaker. Time will tell how well they work.

I love this stuff, I have been using it for about 6 months, it has virtually no smell, seems incredibly potent, and has helped with my overall joint health and sleep quality. The size of the pill is comparable to any other Fish oil supplements, but with this blend of oils, i find it to be superior.
