This cake lifter is something I didn’t know I needed. It makes getting cakes out of the pans and moving cakes easily from cooking racks to plate where cake will be frosted. The cake lifter is solid. It feels good and secure when you use it. I haven’t had any issues with cakes sticking to it. I’ve only used it for 9 inch cakes so far and the size seems perfect. It will be great for a variety of cakes. I’m happy with this purchase.
