Carolina Custom Cages, 36Lx18Wx36H Bio Deep Terrarium; Easy Assembly

Enclosure was very well packaged. There wasn’t any broken glass, which makes me very happy. I really love the screen hood, it’s a stronger version with thicker metal. Easy assembly, but instructions need to be updated. Also I’m worried about the doors almost touching. Stability can be improved upon. Hopefully when I add the background it will become more sturdy. Overall can’t beat the price. It’s basically half Exoterra. Which is what attracted me to this product. Time to make the best crested gecko house for my Bowie. Thank you, Customs!

I thought about this for a long time before buying it. I am so glad I did now that's its here. First off the size was exactly what I wanted , the other terrariums in this size all had something I didn't like , large vents in the field of view, or cord ports in the wrong spot for me, or just looked cheap. Most were purpose built with an animal in mind. This on the other hand was full of possibilities and clear as can be in the field of views I wanted . Planing on viewing it from 3 sides. Well it got here fairly quick in a huge box . The box was in decent shape and I didn't hear any broken glass, so I signed for it and brought it in . I opened the outer box to find another box very nicely packed inside. I opened the inner box to find the top and base staring back at me in perfect shape. Not a seem out of order . Everything was in perfect shape. I breathed a sigh of relief and packaged everything back up until I am ready to put it together this weekend. Looks easy enough and pretty straight forward. I'll water test it and update the review then but honestly I was planning on adding a bead of silicone anyway even if it doesn't leak just for peice of mind. That is easy to do and best done after all the moving and shipping is over anyway. I will update with pics after the hardscape is done. Just want to thank Carolina custom cages team , you guys are my new go to for all things vivaria. You knocked it out park and have a new loyal customer.

I ordered this on recommendation of a site where it was listed as best large chameleon enclosure. I was excited to unpack and install it. The second to last step was to install the doors. However, despite being double boxed and wrapped in plenty of protection both doors had a small crack in the lower part by the hinge. I suspect a dropped box by FedEx. I sent an email to them right away and heard back from them in just a couple hours and only one more email to give them my address and they shipped out the replacement doors that same day. Three days later they showed up at my door and they were again very well protected 4 layers of protection. Once I got through all that they were perfect. This enclosure is beautiful and definitely luxury quality and very solid. Can't wait to get my panther buddy in there. Extremely happy with it and their top notch customer service.

I got this when it was ok sale for $300. The cheapest 36x18x36 I can find online! Nothing was broken and it came in three days early which has never happened to me lol. Putting together is a breeze just read the labels on the glass. The top wouldn't screw all the way down on the front two poles but it's no where enough to throw a fit over and it's still very steady and keeps bugs in so I'm not mad. Using for a Cuban false chameleon setting it up was super easy and adding misting tube and temp errors for perfectly in the cable holes in the top. Top metal holds my fat cats great with no worry it'll fall through. Get it while you can!

I don't write reviews, but this one deserves it!!It was packaged very well. Nothing was broken, put together easily and it's huge.I love it and most importantly so do my dragons.10 out of 10 I recommend.
