Energy & Mood — I feel more steady and less sluggish after meals. No energy spikes or crashes. Focus & Clarity — Mentally, things feel a bit crisper. I notice I’m not as easily distracted. Heart & Metabolism — I don’t feel immediate results, but knowing it’s aimed at supporting healthy cholesterol and glucose metabolism (naturally within range) gives me confidence.

September 2022 : Total Cholesterol: 259, HDL 42, LDL 177. Jan 2023 after 3 months taking 1 cap for the first two months, then 2 caps for the last month (December) -> Total Cholesterol went down a bit but not into normal range as 243, HDL 44, LDL 171. Total cholesterol down by just 16 mg/dl (6%) lower, HDL a little higher. Sep 2022: Triglycerides 235, Jan 2023: 142. Lower by 40%, 93 mg/dl, into normal range. Very happy about that as well as my A1C on September 2022 was 6 then my A1C on January 2023 went down to 5.6 into normal range. I take 2 caps of fish oil daily, together with a very healthy balance diet, no sweets, no drinking, no refined carbs. I Walk 30 minutes or more a day, and also do Yoga. My weight in September was 148 pounds, my current weight is 138 pounds. I am 5'.5", on my fifties. My doctor recommended to keep going with my healthy eating plan and exercising every day then I will have a follow up again in 4 months. At this point due to the positive changes on my blood work, and after my doctor evaluate my individual risk, no statins are prescribed. I am happy about that. He recommended to stop taking this supplement, but I will continue taking one cap a day until my next blood work in 4 months. Cholesterol levels did not get as low as I was expecting, nevertheless, I see improvement, but A1C and triglycerides are back to normal range. Note: genetic Cholesterol runs in my family, and it seems that I produce Cholesterol. I am just posting my own experience taking this supplement. Not submitting any recommendation to anyone else. This is just my personal review.

Has anyone else experienced nausea at anytime when taking this product? After taking it for a few weeks, I started getting pretty nauseous the next morning after having taken an evening dose with dinner. Mind you, I didn't know until after doing some research that it should be taken 30 minutes before eating (which isn't specifically stated on the bottle, btw), although not sure why it's prior to meals rather than with meals. Anyway, the times I would take it with a meal (because I forgot to take it before), is when the nausea would set in the next morning after breakfast. I tested my theory of what might be causing this by first eliminating anything else it could be food-wise/beverage-wise, eating the same breakfast the next day each time, drinking the same morning coffee, etc. I then experimented with taking the supplement 30 mins prior to my evening meal vs. with the meal. Every time I took it with my meal, the nausea would return the next morning. When I took it at least 30 mins prior to the meal, no nausea the next day. I can't figure out why the nausea would be delayed if this is in fact the cause, but I'd sure be interested to know if anyone else has had a problem with this at anytime after starting citrus bergamot.
