The only thing that works for my Maltese.
I have two Maltese and for the last three years I have spent thousands of dollars with doctors who have done nothing and tried every product out there because of their tear stains. This is a lifesaver! It is the only thing that is working and making any difference. It is not bleaching or getting rid of the existing stain, but I trimmed the fur that was stained and this completely covers the area under their eyes and the parts that were getting stained and does not let it get stained anymore. It has no odor and my picky pooches do not mind it at all. I have used prescription meds I have used Angel Eyes I have used everything you can name nothing worked. This is the only thing that works. I used to put coconut oil that was also preventing from the stains getting on there fur period but it was not as effective and it was sticky. This is really nice. I recommend it to anyone who has to deal with tear stains. Thanks a million for whoever came up with this product. 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent Product
We just purchased this product for our new Maltese who came from a rescue. She had very badly stained eyes - we had her groomed and the eye stains looked even worse against her snow white coat! I ordered this product because it was natural and gentle - the eye pads require that you wipe and rinse immediately. To make a long story short - I put the product on - it is creamy, not sticky as described in another review - rubbed it gently into the fur and used the provided comb to blend it - the results are AMAZING!!! Tip - only use a little bit at a time just dab your finger into the cream, then dabs until you achieve the results you want. I was concerned that the product would get all over our couch in the family room which is navy blue (I am a neat freak) - but once blended in and combed, it just stays where you put it. I have no idea why one of the reviewers was so dissatisfied. Our results are truly amazing! I was able to post pictures in the product area, before and after the cream. I can honestly recommend this product, no eye irritation or redness. She has been wearing her new makeup since yesterday and I have not had to reapply. Very pleased the Bio-Groom cream - safe, gently for my little rescue and makes me feel like she is well cared for, because she looks nice and clean!

Somewhat satisfied
This is essentially a make up for dogs. It does lighten the stains but it looks like make up. I find that the product causes the hair to separate. The comb is nice to have and it helps with the look. I wouldn't use it as my only product to help with the eye stains but I will use it as a protector against future tears.

This stuff is pretty cool. We use it on our white Maltese ...
This stuff is pretty cool. We use it on our white Maltese only when we take him out somewhere to cover up the tear stains which seem impossible to get rid of. It only last about 1/2 a day but it does make his eyes look better. I would probably buy again still looking to find the actual cure for the tear stains. We still have quite a bit left in the container, a little bit goes a long way.

I like the eye comb
I like the eye comb, it works great. But... the stain free jar of cream was not good. After I finished I tried to clean the White stuff off, but it didn't come off well. My dog kept trying to wipe off with his paws. Then he would lick them off his paws. Well in the end he threw up all over the place. So again, except for the comb, it not a safe thing to use. Had to buy something completely different, which does work. By the way, I used just under the eyes.

Best stuff you can keep your puppy without stain
Ny puppy is an white maltese. Had very dark stain around his eyes. It itches and he scratced too. I talked to the vet and he gave us a white powder that I mixed with water then gave to him. It is really bitter. I was very sorry for him and I wasn't comfortable to give him a medicine. Then my friend recommended this. It prevent tears stay on his hair and keep the stain away. It is not something you don't take through the mouse and enter the body. And my puppy seems to like it too. Don't put too much. put really just little. You don't want this get to your dog's eye. Don't expect it turn to white over night. t will take couple of weeks.

Sweet Eyes
I have had this for 2 days and love it already. My maltipoo gets tear stains from time to time. I clear them up (mostly) and they come back. Nothing seems to work well. This product covers and keeps eye gunk from getting stuck around her eyes. I don't have to soften and then comb daily (sometimes 2x a day) to get the mattering out of the fur in the corner of her eyes. In theory, It will keep the fur from getting stained because the Bio-groom is coating the fur. I don't know if that works, yet. I am really happy with the coverage, ease of application and the way eye goo isn't getting stuck to her fur. She looks so much cuter without the tiny red stains in the corners of her eyes.
