What I needed for my iPad.
Does what it's supposed to without any hassles. It sucks that Apple wont include some type of usb or s.d. card reader with their tablet devices. This helps me transfer psd files to and from my iPad when I'm using Procreate or other software that necessitates the use of this product. Some people might suggest airdrop or some other solution; in my experiences those things work about half of the time. I have to repeatedly try to get airdrop to work and even when it does work it takes eight to ten minutes for a three megabyte file to transfer. This product eliminates that problem. Is it the best? I have to say it is; simply because there isn't a more reliable or faster way that I've been able to find.

The absolutely terrible iOS software associated with this to enable transferring songs or photos from/to an iPod touch is pure junk and makes an otherwise versatile produce only usable as a simple microSD/SD-to-USB adapter. I wouldn't waste your time with this if you intend to use this to move files between an iOS device and a (micro)SD card.

Canwatch my own movies on my iPhone while flying
Can watch my own movies on my iPhone while flying. Solves the "how much memory to buy" problem too - carry all my important stuff on micro SD cards and can use on any iPhone. Fast enough to keep up with the video and sound flow for smooth streaming. Love it!

Half the cards wouldn't read using this device. Purchased a different brand and those same cards worked.
