I'm not sure I would buy this again if I had to, it does exactly what it says it will, but it won't import from Chirp, so I had to manually rewrite the whole program file anyhow. It wasn't really any faster than just manually programming the radio. Only possible advantage I have now is if I ever want to clone it or make wholesale changes I can re-flash the radio easier. The cable is a basic RJ-45 to USB adapter, the drivers were included, so that's nice, and Windows 10 didn't have an issue with it. Instructions and Help files are a bit thin, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out.A Troubleshooting section in the manual would have been nice.Only other glitchy thing, the PDF of the manual is supposed to be interactive, but the links to the various sections seem damaged somehow. (And no my Acrobat is fine) I kept getting a draw error from Adobe.
