Luma Nutrition Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM capsules have provided pain relief for my knees after two months use. At age 75 it feels good to sit, stand and walk with ease. Glad to have added this product to my daily regiment. Although the capsules are large, I find them easy to take as recommended three per day. The product is a good value and I appreciate that it is American made.

Helped with joint pain.

This item was securely packaged in a brown plastic container. The product was dried herbal powder in capsules. Previously I had only used tablets. The capsules were large but doable if wet. I took one day’s worth (3 capsules). I only took those 3 then gave them to a friend who liked the capsules.

Constant pain is mainly in my wrists, elbows, knees and ankles. I was hoping that this would cut the pain level in half. At best, it may have reduced it by 5% and that is being kind. I'm glad that it works for other people, but its not the answer for me.
