The media could not be loaded. I thought they were awesome before but now that they are offering this HUGE box of papes, they have gone over n beyond!! LOVE YOU GUYS!

Don't pack them really full. I learned that the hard way, and one stuck a little going down. It was just enough that I started to cough, suppressed it, but spasmed enough to burst it on the way down, inhaled, and got the whole dose into my lungs. Trust me, that's a bad day. Just use two and split the dose.Other than that horror story, these things are wonderful.

Update 10/25/22- the pouches are now priced competitively. Full 5 stars.Update 2/25/22 - while I love these pouches, the price increased $40 in one month! That equates to 54%! Give me a break. NOT paying these prices…2 star deduction.Other brands are far cheaper and readily available.Original review - These pouches are wonderful. If you use supplements daily as I do, it’s a big savings buying in bulk. Plus, Blate Papes is a trusted name of high quality products.Strongly recommended.

These pouches make taking powdered supplements very easy. They're not big enough to fit a scoop of protein powder but they work amazing for smaller doses of herbs and stuff like turmeric. I mainly use mine to take reducose powder whenever I drink a Boba. Before I had to mix the powder into the tea which affected the taste. But with this, I get the sugar lowering benefit without any taste alteration. Just make sure to wet the pouch after you pack the powder in and before you swallow it. A dry pouch will stick inside your mouth and make swallowing it almost impossible.

Many of the pouches stick together and tear when you are trying to separate them and are very expensive.
