These neck supports slip over the existing head rest in the car with ease. They fill the gap between the top of the seat and the head rest. I would not say the neck supports are soft. They are quite firm but offer good support when leaning back. I have cervical neck problems so this really helps me. I bought the 2-pack and put one on the passenger side in my husband’s car and the other on the driver’s seat in my car. They come with extension straps in case the headrest of your car is extremely large. i didn’t need to use them —the existing strap is elastic and fit over just fine.

Really comfortable BUT will cause shoulder and neck pain if used to muchI’m 5’2 and I think it wasn’t good for meWhere it will sit at on my neck since I’m shorter , nephew has same ones he’s tall 6,1 no issues for him. Overall I love them for my guest. I drive a Tesla for reference.

Okay here's the scoop I have a Toyota van. I am a 5'10" female. These fit perfectly between the raised stupid forward lean headrest and the shoulder space that my head falls uncomfortably into. And they come in a package of two. The con (and the reason I took a star,) is it slips of ALL the time. It loosens somehow on its own and slips. I need to either so it in place or find something anti-slip under it. I hate cheap elastic. Do with that what you will.

As I get older, I'm not as flexible and the bucket seat headrests are non adjustable, so I needed some neck/head support and this pillow fit the bill to a T. Now both me and my passenger can enjoy the 0-60mph in 3.1 seconds in comfort, lol.

Was hoping for the best, but I ultimately returned these.Context: I’m 6’ tall and these were put in a 2023 Tesla Model 3.For me, they really pushed my upper body out further than I would have liked. Pillows are definitely soft and relatively comfortable, but just don’t seem to match the ergonomics of the car and someone of my height.

My wife and I love these pillows. It fits perfectly on my Camry 2022. It’s nice and soft. Keeps my neck nice snd straight. Thickness and firmness are just right.

I’m only 5’8” and hated the way my head bounced on the headrest. This fits me and my Tesla Model Y perfectly and is super comfortable! I was able to tuck the strap in under the headrest and everything looks nice and neat. It’s also super soft. I may have trouble staying awake when using autopilot, lol.
