Sterile and individually wrapped, This is a very good feature since the box they come in is poorly designed for the weight of the 200 depressors, The box was shipped in a postal bag and had no support. They were all loose in the postal bag. Not a biggie but not expected. The depressors work great and are wrapped for protection, Will buy again.

I use these to taste the food i am cooking rather than using spoons and creating a ton of silverware to wash. I get two uses out of each one... hold in the middle and each end can be used to taste test, no double dipping.
