Light fast notebook, great value
The laptop arrived well packaged. It booted up to the standard Microsoft setup. No visible damage to this notebook, except one key is scratched off. Tested all basic functions with no issues. Tested battery and it has 80% of original charge capacity (40/50 Whs), which is quite good for a 3 to 4 year old laptop.Great notebook for traveling, being small, light and quite powerful.

Overheats and doesn't fold into tablet like pics
I plugged the laptop in and bitg the adapter and the bottom of the laptop got burning hot after 20 minutes. Also, the laptop doesn't fold into a tablet like the pictures would lead tou to believe. Horrible quality control

Charger not working!
After so many days of delay, I received my order but to my dismay, the charger is not defective. I now have to place an order for a new one!

This Refurbished Latitude 7410 runs very well and love the Touchscreen feature. Great customer service of a very responsive team, 24/7. Have now been using it for 30 days and very happy with the value for money and also the thought that it's a sustainable practice!

Do not buy
Didn’t match the description. I reordered it twice and it still the monitor didn’t flipped back.

Gets scalding hot when you turn it on.
Loved the laptop but got scalding hot just as soon as you turned it on. Doesn't seem safe to operate so I'm returning it.

I had a couple issues with a refurbished latitude 7410 model, but it was promptly resolved after contacting the seller.
