Good enough
It's difficult for me to find this style of olives. I was concerned that the plastic packing made them look like the smooth bland ones available is supermarkets but these are best represented by the label picture, dryer with more taste. They aren't as strong a taste as some of this style, good enough without unwanted harshness, and the thyme is a nice subtle element. A small minority are tough and although most are a reasonable size some are so small that they don't work well in my stone remover. Overall I'm happy with them.
