Does this drill come with drill bits?

Can you remove nail dip acrylic quickly with this machine? It takes me 3 hours soaking with acetone.

3 hours? It should only take you 10 mins max. There’s two ways of removing nail dip acrylics 1. Drill it down with a coarse drill bit (metal or ceramic is fine), leaving a thin layer. Then soaking off the rest. 1. Soak off the entire thing in acetone. But make sure you put cotton or a paper napkin to rub your fingers on so that the friction will help it come off quick. *I do this everyday on my clients it’s the quickest method and the Melody Susie drill has enough power for it!

Does it wiggle in the hand or is it comfortable?

No wiggling or vibrations. It's very comfortable in the hand and feels solid. Also very, very quiet.

Is this only operated by the foot pedal?

Dear customer, MS Scarlet nail drill: For the foot pedal, when you step on the pedal, the handpiece will stop to rotate. When you don't step on it, the handpiece will rotate.
