The oven start flickering and making noises when using it. So disappointed to have this from trusted brand like Russell Hobbs.

Works really well and the dial is easy to use, you're not spinning it for ages to add more time because after it reaches 10+ minutes it will only go up in whole minutes so it's easier. There is a tiny red light indicator for the current mode, which is handy except for when it's empty and shows a bright red clock symbol next to the time. I cut a tiny disc of black electrical tape and covered the clock symbol up and it looks much better. It only has a 24 hour clock. The only thing I miss from my previous microwave was a timer, this doesn't have one. It's quite small too, will only fit a big dinner plate if it goes in a bit sideways first, so make sure you measure before buying.

I love the colour and the wood effect handle is so cute. Looks gorgeous in my kitchen, is easy to clean and heats up my food well. The cable is quite short so make sure you are planning to put it close to the socket.

It is bigger than it looks, easy to use

- WORKS - LOOKS PRETTY - MADE POORLY/ CHEAPLY. Inner sealant started coming away within first few weeks. Started rusting inside corners, edges and vents within first month + That has continued to get worse. Putting dishes on it easily dishevels the glass plate, which always struggled to go back on. Turns out bcs three wheely ring underneath has long been snapped. Just thin brittle plastic. Everything just seems to be a very cheap horrible build in a nice package! ... I'd say that's like all my relationships - but they weren't scoring in either front! Idk if this is normal. It seems to barely heat things. It takes more minutes and top ups than expected.. and still can be half cold patches. So 1.5 - 2 minutes to reheat a tea ☕️ And like 7 minutes to reheat a dinner to maybe fully heat through half and NUKE the other half. Especially if it's a rice dish. So many times I'm just eating a half lightly warned or start eating what is piping hot. And the other bit is still COLD. 9 months of use now! .. and not dealt with complaints bcs went through a house move hell in that whole time. the rusting is visibly worse inside, and I obv broken plate ring. Boo rating from me 😢👎🏼
