Charades Ice Queen Child Costume

Wow! I cannot express highly enough how happy I am with this purchase! We bought it for our little Princess this year for Christmas (opened presents yesterday), and she LOVES it! "Well of course she does: it's from Frozen!" Yes, I know. :-) Let it go, let it go. Just hear me out....My little Sweetie is a princess. She doesn't just THINK she's a princess...she IS. [She's 6 years old now...please, someone tell me this phase will end!!] As a result, over the past few years on various occasions we've bought her 3 or 4 different princess dresses from The Disney Store ($40 each, +/-), including the dresses from Brave, Beauty & the Beast, Cinderella, etc. And she wears them every day. We've stopped buying her normal clothes, because they just don't get worn anymore.She loves all her princess dresses, even though they are rough and scratchy and--quite honestly--not always very good quality. But then she put on this dress yesterday, and amid her squeals of "I love it!" and "Thank you!" she said, **"It's so soft and comfortable!"**My wife and I compare this dress to all of her other princess dresses from The Disney Store, and there really is no comparison. Little Adventures completely blows the Disney Store out of the water! And even though it's not "the official" brand, it is a perfect replica of what Elsa wears in the movie. The details are amazing. I really can't say enough how great this product is! It looks great, it's comfortable, and it has much higher craftsmanship than the "official" Disney dress. It's better in every way.Of course, now we have to endure even MORE performances of "Let it go" and "Do you wanna build a snowman," but at least she's singing them in a great outfit. :-)Sizing: My daughter is a normal-sized 6-year-old, and the Large size fits her perfectly, just as the product description says.Love, love this product and company. We will only be buying Little Adventures dresses for our daughter from now on. I'd leave 6 stars if I could!

Wow, this dress is great quality, but way too small. I ordered the large for my slim 6 year old. It is too tight under the arms and is way too short. I love the quality and it is the most comfortable Elsa dress that I have seen (no scratchy tulle). I would have sent it back for an X-Large but it was a Christmas gift and once that dress was out of the box there was no putting it back in.I know it is comfortable because my daughter will not wear a scratchy dress and she has worn it all day. The snug under arms and short skirt don't bother her.....but I wish it fit better.I do recommend this dress, just order up a size.

Lovely dress. Soft and well made--daughter is happy to spend hours in it unlike other costumes that her sensitive skin can't wait to get out of after a short while.

My shorter than average 5 year old will be wearing this for Halloween. She LOVES it! I'm really pleased too. I was skeptical when I purchased it because it doesn't look EXACTLY like the official Elsa dress. I knew it wouldn't have the sheer sleeves like other dresses, so I was afraid it wouldn't look authentic. I decided to purchase it anyway because from my experience with this brand, I knew it would be comfortable and durable. I also liked that it did not have the really long train/cape like other dresses (I was afraid she'd trip over it). I received it today and was surprised that it actually looks better in person than in the picture. Not only is it super soft and made well, it DOES look like Elsa. My little girl tried it on, and she looked adorable! The cape was just right--long enough to look like Elsa, but no way to trip over it. The sleeves are a nice glittery velour material, but no glitter sheds from it. :) I only have two complaints: 1. it comes packaged tightly, so it is a tad wrinkly and will need ironed. 2. the skirt is not poofy--I will add a crinoline slip under it for fullness.As far as size, the large (5-7) fits my daughter pretty well. I was worried about the length more than anything, but actually the top is more of an issue. It is a little too loose at the shoulders and neck. It's still completely wearable though, and at least she'll get a lot of wear out of it.The length is a bit long; it almost touches the floor. The size Medium probably would have fit perfect for NOW, but she'll be able to wear this one for a long time!

This dress is an Ice Princess dress, and was purchased as an unofficial Elsa costume as it had better reviews than some of the Disney branded options. I ordered the size large for a 7/8 little girl, it fits nicely with a little room to grow. The costume is very well made, and is machine washable! Hang to dry though, skip the dryer and the life of the garment will be extended. Its rather durable - months after Halloween this is still a popular outfit from the dress up box. Most importantly, my daughter loves it and is comfortable enough to wear it all day! The attached cape was a very nice touch to make my little princess feel special!

What a gorgeous dress! I was so pleased when I pulled this out of the box, and my preschooler was thrilled as well! Very soft, pretty details, and plenty of room to grow into it. I was a little concerned when I read a few reviews stating the dress looked more like a nightgown, but I don't agree AT ALL. I have not washed the dress yet. It looks like it will hold up well (but I will definitely wash on gentle cycle). I will update my review after washing.

The dress was beautiful. I ordered according to sizing chart which is wrong. My granddaughter was so disapointed because she could not wear it for Halloween.
