OK, newly installed, so I'll have to update later. Struts arrived well boxed in new packaging, with instructions on a small sheet of folded paper.For those who have never replaced lifts, YouTube is a source for great videos on how to do it yourself. At many auto parts stores, these are around $30 *each*. I got these, delivered, in two days for a tad over $20 for the pair.The install was pretty simple, requiring a screwdriver and I used a larger wrench to lightly tap the arm to release it from the ball fitting. Total install time about 10 minutes. Help is advised, as once you release the first strut, that door WILL drop, and it is heavy.These lifts raised my hatch by a couple of inches higher, which is nice, as I no longer bang my head loading and unloading. They work well and seem to be well made.

Fast shipping. 2 -3 days. Easy install?!!??!! HA! 20 minutes tops! Remove old part (via clips and unlatching….<1 minute) and reinstall new supports. Done. Enjoy not getting a concussion!

These were easy to install and work better than the factories. No more hitting my head.

Had to swivel the threaded heads like others mentioned which makes it feels wobbly but once mounted it’s fine. Metal retaining clips are a little cheap compared to oem and other aftermarket brands I’ve used on other cars but all four connections are secure and these are cheaper than a head injury.

Easy on and built better than the factory struts. I recommend these struts if yours need replacing
