My go to cereal. Love them. Amazing taste and perfect protein blend. But very expensive compared to market competition.

Man oh man this cereal is phenomenal, but it's impossible to stop eating it, so unfortunately, it has caused me rapid weight gain. Good amount of protein for cereal, carbs are OK, but fat is high also. If you want to dirty bulk, just buy multiple boxes of this and enjoy.

A nice breakfast cereal. Just a tad too chocolatey, but but nicely crunchy.

I'm addicted to this cereal, which really sucks because the calories are so high (like all granola). 😅 But the ingredients are clean/natural, it has great nutritional value, fiber, and tastes amazing! It's not just straight granola, it has these honey puff type of grains in it too. It also has bits of whole chocolate.I buy this brand of cereal at least once a week and switch up the flavors depending on which nutritional aspect I'm most going for. There aren't huge differences, but there's enough of one to do this. For instance, I usually get the chocolate around the time of my period for the extra iron it has VS others. Other times I'll get the cinnamon or flax for the extra soluble fiber since I have stomach issues that it seems to help with.All of them seem to have a nice amount of magnesium, which is surprisingly hard to find in most foods these days.Aside from the calories, the biggest issue I have is the price! It's not overly expensive, but it is on the higher end of the spectrum for cereal. All of the other pro's make up for it, though.

Edit: stopped eating within a month, horrible horrible gas pain. Bedridden it was so bad. Gave it to my mom who has the healthiest colon I know, and within 2 days she was farting up her home office like it was being fumigated. She finished the cereal since her gas wasn’t painful and she lives alone but she said it probably should come with a warning.Bought to increase my daily fiber and this definitely does the trick. I eat two servings every morning with milk (and drink some water to be safe). I can definitely tell this has been helping my bathroom habits. I have IBS C and while not life changing results it’s made for less trips and better stool. Only downside is the gas. I assume that will subside over time as my body adjusts to my intake. I can’t say much to flavor as I’m still dealing with aguesia and dysgeusia so I’m still not sure the flavoring but it’s not bothering me which is a rarity this days so I’m happy.
