I have purchased 3 of these helmets. I love their comfort and value. Had a small problem with the last one (mounting plate). Called customer service and was able to speak with a PERSON! They shipped out a replacement part the same day and it arrived a couple days later at no cost. Thanks for treating customers as they should be treated. Thanks Ron

So, not sure where to start. I like the look and over construction of the helmet. Problem I have is that per the size measurement chart I am a medium. Got it and was pressing hard everywhere, where my face was solid red and getting a headache within minutes. Get it that there is a break in period but way to uncomfortable for that. Sent it back and got a large as I like the helmet. Got it and seems almost the same as the medium. Will try the break in suggested wait and see but I was expecting something very different from the first due to it being a size larger. No temple pressure is the only difference I've noticed so far. Hopefully don't have to retun it and get something else.

It’s a good helmet but It’s what you will get for a 60 dollar helmet… the visor is pretty flimsy and it gets difficult to open and close the visor as it keep detaching from the helmet other than that I guess it’s good

Very snug but comfortable and cool looking! I am going to use this for winter ebike rides. I am 63 years old and I tend to ride fast at times 30+ mph, so I need more protection and my eyes water in cool air with half helmets, so I believe this will help. To remove or change visor you may want to look up a video for that purpose. I think it is a standard lever mechanism so it worked great after watching the video.
