Please read the full review!Beautiful looking cups, very modern, and the material is unique. There is just one thing that could be a deal break for some.Having a little kid and expecting a baby, I was looking for plates and cups that would be durable AND not plastic. I love what the company stands for as well, so I went for it and made a purchase.We got our order and my 6y.o dropped one of the cups on the hard floor the first time of use and the cup cracked. It was very disappointing because we all were very excited to try these cups out. This shows the material is not very durable. HOWEVER, if durability is not number one factor for you to buy these, I would definitely recommend to add them to your collection. They are unique, smooth, and absolutely beautiful. Perfect size for kids as well. I would just suggest to be a little more careful while using them.Besides the product, the company’s customer service is exceptional. I would give 5 stars just for that. They have contacted me to resolve the issue very quickly and in a professional manner. I can tell they care about their product and the service they provide. On that note alone, I would support the company in a heartbeat.Overall, I do recommend the cups. I purchased them with the same color plates and spoons.

So many great features, cracked easily, but GREAT customer service!
I love so many things about this product. I searched a long time to find safer bowls/plates/cups for my toddler and I was thrilled when I finally discovered these. They are a great size, safer than plastic, super easy to clean, and come in great colors. Unfortunately, when unloading the dishwasher one day I noticed that a few of the dishes had cracked. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement set right away. Really hoping this replacement set holds up better. Overall though, great company and great customer service!

Update: cracked after first use
**update. Was very surprised to get a prompt note and replacement items for my chopped cup. I haven’t had any problems with the new set and really impressed with the customer service. I’ve always liked this brand in the past and glad to see they stand by their productsI thought this would be a great product. It was very sturdy and seemed like nice material when I opened the package. Unfortunately after I ran it through the dishwasher, even before my kid ever used it, we noticed one of the cups had already cracked. Bummed these are so fragile

Already broke, not heavy duty for kids cups AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Obviously they’re for kids, for that same reason I believe they should be made more heavy duty. My son dropped his cup while he was eating and it broke. It’s only been the 2nd time he used that cup. Other than that the size is perfect and they’re cute. Update another one cracked, down to2. BUT the seller reached out and gave me a refund. And sent me a replacement ! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
