Yes, Amazon specs are wrong. The Dell site gives: width: 38.1 in - depth: 2.3 in - height: 22.2 in - weight: 29.1 lbs. The above is the monitor (screen and bezel) without stand. Which gives a 44" diagonal for the whole unit.

If your dell has an HDMI or Digital Port or USB-C, yes it will work. I have 2 Laptops connected to my monitor. 1 Via USB-C and the other via 2 Digital Port. Both P-in-P or multi picture features work 100%
