Deceptive Warranty and Unacceptable Customer Service - Do Not Buy
Zero Quality Control and Rude Support - Don't waste your money Please do not buy this product. The "3-Year Warranty" is completely misleading. I received a defective unit with a damaged base. For the past month, I have tried to get this resolved professionally. Instead of offering a replacement or a refund, the seller refused to honor the warranty. Their behavior on the phone was shocking; they told me directly that they "don't care" if I complain. It feels like a scam to sell low-quality products with a fake warranty promise. Amazon should ban this seller for their unethical business practices.

Chair is very good, comfortable, and suitable for long time work. The quality and texture of the chair is also very nice.
