Designed to protect from the harshest of weather, every aspect of a Storm System jacket is designed to provide reliable wet weather performance. The jacket features 100 g/m2 padding for insulation. This heat-retaining insulation combined with the windproof outer ensures the jacket provides warmth and protection from the cold winter elements. An adjustable attached hood provides convenient protection from the elements, ideal for protecting the face and head against cold winds and rain. The outer of the jacket is treated with a 100% PFC-free WR (water repellent) finish. This water repellent treatment prevents rain from saturating the outer face fabric, allowing water to bead off while maintaining breathability. The fabric provides windproof protection and prevents unwanted cooling caused by cold winds.
