I've been waxing for a while now but no product, not even medicated after-shave/wax cream would get the redness away entirely. I was always still red and had some bumps the next day and even some redness still the day after that. I used this last night and the redness and irritation looked way better before I even went to bed, and today I have zero redness or bumps. It also feels great, very cool and smoothing after the wax. As others have said, the pump on the bottle is awful. I did get mine to work by unscrewing it and just having the tube part-way in the bottle and pumped several times. So now it does work but it still only shoots out a small amount with each pump. But for a smooth, red-free face, the pump doesn't bother me.

Big bottle size, love it I use it for anything it’s so gentle on the skin and helps with burns, skin reaction. I also use it after waxing.

So, this is a gel. It's full of little air bubbles. I think the pump in this bottle was intended for liquids like lotion/soap, because I have to pump over and over to get the tiniest amount of product out. I ended up just taking the lid off and pouring into my hand. After that, though, it's a pretty nice product. Smells nice, has a great soothing effect. Also feels great to put on your skin after a minor burn/sunburn. Soaks into your skin really nice so it doesn't leave you feeling sticky.

Nice scent, soothes skin well and can use for other applications besides waxing. Like emergency sunburn relief

Did a good job healing my skin, as I just waxed for the first time ever. Lots of redness that was gone with one use and in 1 day. Smells good. I’m not sure why but the pump took forever to get working. It works now but it was a pain.

Purchased this item after I had been for a waxing session it immediately took the redness away and soothed the skin. I have now been using it for several days and my skin feels soft and smooth, I suffer with a red band around my ankles and this has calmed it down, my cellulite seems smoother as well. Will certainly buy this product again and again.
