I love this luggage. I’ve only taken it on one trip but I pack till it will barely zip and it is heavy! I almost didn’t buy it because somebody was talking about the handle being flimsy and breaking when They picked it up. They were picking it up by the handle intended for rolling. Since mine weighed almost 50lbs it probably wouldn’t hold up if you continually used the wrong handle for lifting. However, the handle constructed for that is very heavy duty!My emblem on the front got caught in a sliding door and I thought, oh that is going to be a goner, but it didn’t even loosen it so I would say it is very well attached.

I love the burgundy color! The zippers have little heart pulls on them. More importantly, the wheels and zippers are sturdy and make it easy to use!! Fits easily in overhead compartment. You won’t grab the wrong bag for sure. Stylin!

Bought this to use as a carry on for our trip to Scotland and Ireland. Looks small but held enough for an 8 day trip. It fit perfectly in the overhead on British Airways

I fell in love with my besties turquoise set when I borrowed it for a trip. 4 years later, I ended up ordering the same croc carry on suitcase but in black. She has had hers for at least 7 years & had no problems after many trips, I hoping for the same luck. I have already took mine on its first trip it worked perfectly & I'm in love! More than a frequent flyer, I am a HEAVY flyer. I travel every 2 weeks from February-September for business purposes. I need a reliable carry on but also with style as I am a Diva :) I have used the Laptop bag that matched this carry on for 8 years now! Loved this luggage! Convenient and efficient use of space.. Receive compliments every time I travel with it. But the handle is NOT sturdy and broke off on my 3rd trip. The trim on the handbag unravelled. Waiting for fix from company since there's a 1-year warranty.

This was a replacement for a full set. I love this luggage I had the whole set for years. I will say that the wheels do no seem to roll super easy on carpet like my husbands at the airport.

I travel a couple times per week for work and I hate paying for baggage and what I hate more is how the luggage is handled… the 20” is the perfect size for a carry on…I also bought the small tote bag as well.. I love both pieces!!! Excellent choice.
