Great condition
Loved these coins! Most were in good condition, and I had 4 that were silver color and shiny. I would recommend these to anyone!

They are indeed steel pennies
These are exactly what they are supposed to be. 1943 steel pennies. I bought them for magic tricks because they are magnetic, so they are perfect for me. Not sure about collectable status.

Nice little collection
Quick warning, my son and I are very new at the penny collecting thing. When I ordered these, I did not research it or look closely at the listing. Apparently most, if not all, steel pennies were made in 1943. I did not know that. I thought they were minted during all the years of WWII (1939 to 1945). I was wrong. That being said, for my purposes of just being a casual collector and it being something my six year old and I can do together, this was still pretty cool. My order had at least one penny from each of the three mints and that is enough to fill our collection book for 1943. Overall, it is pretty neat to be holding something my grandad, who flew in WWII, could have had in his pockets during those flights.

1943 Steel Pennies
Well I wish I would have read the ad better. I did get 20 steel pennies and they are all 1943. 1943 steel pennies is what I didn’t read in the ad. I got 2 1943s, 5 1943D, the rest Philadelphia. One of them was from a plugged die. It had the 4 missing. Not worn off. All the coins were in very good condition. You get a card with them verifying them from a coin dealer the Mattew Mint. So I took the time to look up the Mattew Mint myself. You can buy 50 steel pennies there for about $1.00 more. Their site doesn’t say 1943 pennies so you may get different years. I’ll try them and get over twice as many pennies at least. Seems that is where these came from by the card they give you. Other than that I would have to give them a 5 Star because they deliver exactly what their ad says.

No case
My son bought these as a Christmas present for his Grandfather. He is a teenager and was so proud to do this. So far the only problem is a display case. I was a little upset about no case, but I have never gifted before and thought that coins came in cases, my error, lesson learned. Now I just need to find a case. To be fair, I did read the details myself. Any suggestions on where to get a case.

Quality and value
I loved everything. I received an especially nice set of pennies. I’ve been collecting coins for most of my life. This is going to be a regular purchase. Very nice coins over 80 years old. On time and safely delivered. Also received 25 not 20 pennies, nice “mistake “ one looked nearly uncirculated.

Value Added Stocking Stuffer
I always put some collectible coin in each stocking. This was perfect. They were well received and people talked about their history . Better than expected.
