Leider kam der Artikel beschädigt an. Auch die Verarbeitungsqualität sonst ist eher grob mit vielen unsauber gearbeiteten Kanten. Ich hoffe der Verkäufer reagiert noch. Von der Wirkung her ist es angenehm.

It's literally a bit of hard foam. Idk what I was expecting to be fair but was shocked to find you can't return it. Why? I have no idea.

Casi nunca dejo una reseña, pero este producto lo merece. He sufrido durante mucho tiempo de un dolor muy intenso del cuello que subía hasta un ojo. Este producto me ayudó desde el primer día! De verdad, que aún no me lo creo… Ahora hasta viajo con el hahaha
