Best bleach on a budget!!
Ive been bleaching my hair at home my whole life and this is the best bleach you can buy on a budget. It lifts great and does very minimal damage to my already fragile hair. I pair this with Clairol BW2 30 volume and it lifts my dark brown roots to a platinum lift in one use.
