The box has a magnetic hinge that makes it feel quite secure and sturdy. No cheap cardboard deck box here. The cards are square and written on both side. They are thick stock with some foil elements as well. The overall quality here is excellent to the point I am considering a second purchase as a gift.

My young adult has had an advent calendar since the day my kid was born. So the last 2 years instead of candy when my kid was a little to money as a teenager to now a young adult. My kid wants words of wisdom, encouragement etc. Yes my young hardworking adult still gets an advent calendar that was the childhood one in my house.
