Bought this as my usual project was nolonger available. I can’t say they have made any change like the ones I bought previously. Just….. ok

I'm not familiar with this particular brand but it's British made and you're getting a decent dosage of the amino - 500mg in each capsule. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegetarian supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. It's not suitable for vegans though. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of 1 then they will last you around a 4 months. Pretty good value for money at just £11.99. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider.

My partner has taken L-Tyrosine like this on its own before but also in a very good complex/multi-vitamin as it's a great amino acid as a decent support aid for energy levels and performance/mood, either generally or especially for when working out. As mentioned my partner has taken this over a long period previously so knows from prior use that it works well for him - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know that this is the right supplement for you right now then this is a good quality choice and if taken at the recommended minimum of one a day then this pack will last around four months so is great value and would recommend!
