Oh man... where has this been my whole life? If I drink protein shakes, I either shook them or stirred them with a spoon for a terrible end result.... or... use a big blender which makes the shake smooth and perfect but with an awful cleanup to do after. And honestly, if you plan to have an active lifestyle.. nobody got time for that.This is the perfect solution and I don't want to make this into a sales pitch, but seriously it's great. Just add water, powder, close the thing and press a button. You're set to drink your perfectly blended shake in a minute. Once it's drank: rinse, add a bit of dishsoap and water inside, press a button, rinse, DONE. It's clean in a minute. So you can get your 50g of protein or so within 3 minutes if you're quick about it.The device itself looks sharp (I got the black smoky looking one) and people always ask me what this cool bottle is (especially when you spin clear liquid inside and it makes a vortex whirlpool). For thick chocolate shakes obviously the visual effect will be less cool, but if you use electrolyte sports drink powder with water, you'll get the super cool light show and vortex.Charging is fast (I just usb plug it when I think about it) and the charge will last multiple shakes (I stopped counting after 25). So it's a pretty good way to charge without batteries. The water seal is also great since I wash this with soap and water (I don't submerge it) and it's though and sturdy.You can obviously bring that along with you to the gym, work, school, etc. if you want to have a drink with you and if you need to re-blend for whatever reason.. only a short button press away. So that makes things convenient, portable and attractive to carry.If you shake things like protein shakes or sports drinks (or even powdered sugar fruit type drinks if you're into that), this is the perfect solution! Life changer item!

Great item, I like that you can remove the base to protect it from water while washing. Easy USB-C charging port, no leaks and no issues with it so far.I mix my protein powder in it with some water and usually about two cycles will make the liquid smooth. If you double tap the power button I notice that it'll make the unit run longer. Either way, it's much easier to blend than shaking alone.

A really good blender. It's a good size and works great for making my smoothies. The battery lasts a long time and it's the size of a regular bottle, which is good since it fits in my backpack. After I drop it off by accident at a distance of about a meter, it stopped working.

Update: Customer service responded to my inquiry within minutes and is sending a replacement. We haven’t received it yet but 5 stars for the response time and attentiveness to our broken blender.Great product until it stopped working. Had it for 3 months before it gave out.

I honestly love this bottle. Mixing my favorite protein shake usually results in tiny lumps (ew), but this does the job. Clean-up is quick and easy. The battery stays charged for a good long time, and I love that it uses a USB-C cable, so I don't have to worry about losing a proprietary one. I've dropped it at least once and also had my cat knock it over, and it appears to be completely leakproof. As long as it continues to work I'll be happy.

The media could not be loaded. Edit after a bit more experience with the mixer. I have found that if you keep the base 100 percent fully charged, and only fill the cup with 320ml (the graduations are on the side but this amount covers the mixing paddle by about 1/4", and then the mixer can mix 1 scoop of protein powder acceptably. I was used to other tornado-style mixers that could mix a whole cup of liquid with two scoops of powder, but this one has it's limitations. So, to be fair, I raised the review up one star and I am keeping the cup.I wish this had more power, if so it would be awesome, as it is it is just acceptable. I will be watching for an improved version, I know they have it in them considering all that is right about this mixer. End of Edit.I have been trying to find a decent mixer to put my protein powder in and get a good mix. I hate the shaker cups and these "vortex" style mixers would be great if you could find one that works and lasts.When I first unboxed this unit I thought I had found the one I had been looking for, but now that I have been using it for a few weeks I am extremely disappointed with the product.What I like - it is sturdy looking and I love that the base has a charging indication that shows how much of a charge the base has and progress as it is charging. The cup is quality plastic. I never use the lids on these things, but the lid is nicely made.What I don't like -The base does not lock onto the cup, you just set the cup on the base and turn it about 1/8 turn and you have to leave the cup in place on the base to operate it. That seemed odd to me.You are instructed to put the powder in after you start the mixer. Also not sure why - but per haps because....This thing has NO POWER at all - it makes the Promixx 2 seem like a Vitamix! The Promixx never had any trouble mixing powder, I had to be careful not to fill that thing too high or it would start flinging liquid out of the top. This mixer cannot even mix in a single scoop of powder; I am sitting here drinking milk with chunks of protein powder in it. When you turn it on, it does not even create enough of a vortex to make the spinner visible - it just rotates the liquid and there is a glob of powder spinning on the top.Maybe this unit is defective? I will wait and see if anyone contacts me, but why can't a company make a quality mixing cup that will last and has enough power to mix powder into a liquid?? Especially for $30!I should have just bought another Promixx knowing that it would only last a year. Lesson learned.
