Poor quality, battery is dead.
Brittle quality of plastic, instrument unworthy. Faulty instrument, battery becomes dead, if kept in inserted position. Can the company replace the instrument please.

Accuracy of the meter
I am a diabetic since last 32 years. Since last 20years I years I am using different types of Contour glucometer to monitor my BS.. The readings of either Contour Ts or Contour Plus are very close and agree well with Plasma glucose level.. I fid that the control D readings are somewhat erratic as can be seen below Test contour plus control D Bayer/control D 1.133 / 154 2.125 /127 3. 128 / 154

Not calibrated
This Glucometer is not calibrated. Don't purchase this item. Reading is not at all accurate. Since this is a health related product, it must be calibrated. Please stop playing with the health of innocent people. The supplier is well known to the defects. That's why he clearly mentioned that it's "Not returnable" Shame
