I'm an avid DIY'er and my drywall skills are mediocre (at best). The flat box was incredibly ease to setup and use. After a couple of test runs to eliminate the learning curve and dial in the box settings -- I was off to the races. While a bit pricey, I would highly recommend this product to fellow DIY'ers who want more professional results from their work.

Good tool for a decent price, of similar quality to Tape Tech or Columbia.

Worked perfectly once I got the hang of it.

This product does not work as advertised. The box is extremely heavy and hard to use. It does not dispense evenly and to get it to dispense at all you have to apply a large amount of pressure. The instructions are terrible and the company defers you to youtube videos for further instructions. In addition, customer service will not refund money because there is "usually a 1 job learning curve on the automatic tools". They of course send these messages after the tool is already returned to them so they have their tool back and my money. Their return policy states nothing about any of this nor do the instructions. I would give these tools and company stars if I could. Buyer Beware Do Not Purchase.

Pulled this out of the box, seen how it was constructed and the first thought that crossed my mind was what a rip off. Definitely not worth $300 for the box + $200 for handle + $300 for the pump. The thing is engineered so cheap and designed to force you to buy a pump that you really shouldn't need, there are two stops that you have to take off to clean out the box when you are done, if they simply put wing nuts on these stops instead of screws you would have absolutely no need for the $300 pump. Even more laughable that they charge you an Extra $80 for the attachment to the pump to fill other items that you purchase from them. If this thing was $60-70 bucks then i could recommend buying it and I am sure every home owner would have one.. Too bad these people in their greed did not think of making money by selling a lot of these and opted to price gouge instead.
