Extremely heavy duty, just seem to be very good quality . I keep one attached to my belt and holding my wallet in my back pocket, good security.

Well made and Retractable string is Metal
robust and well made. The retraction device works well and the string is metal cable. So far so good cant fault it.

Seems fairly robust, but it's early days.
At the price I paid, I would say value for money was very average. Would be 5 stars if there was more metal in the construction, especially the carabiner clip, which appears to be a bit of a weak link. It is also all glued together, so when it breaks, there's going to be no chance of repairing it, but maybe that won't bother most people.

Very long lasting excellent product
Great product as I’m using my id on a very frequent basis I very quickly became aware of the recurring issue of the cheap versions of this product that use a cord based system that they fail all too regularly. This product stops the issue I am still using the original purchased pair that I brought three years ago this recent purchase was for a friend who has been sceptical of the long time that I have been using the original ones.

Used daily & as good as new. Highly recommend!
I’m a Housing Officer & I use this fantastic piece of kit every day. I clip it to my trouser belt loop & have my ID Badge attached. Additionally, I always have property keys attached to it - also on a daily basis. It is in constant use since beginning of May. Well over 4 months. No more faffing around in my bag or pockets for keys. Especially when carrying pens & paperwork around too. Helps me come across as much more professional & efficient with customers. Looks & feels as good as new & has made my job so much easier! Highly recommend 🏆

Poor internal build quality, not durable.
Worked fine at first, but after about 3–4 months of normal use the retracting mechanism stopped working completely. The cord no longer retracts, so the product is unusable. The internal build quality is very poor and does not match the “heavy duty” description. There was no misuse — it simply failed over time. Even considering the time passed, this is unacceptable durability. I would like a refund and do not recommend this product.
