I’ve only been using this for about two weeks now and I feel that it works great. I put it on my legs and my belly and I seem to be sleeping so much better. I had my husband use it a few times and he loved it. The smell is amazing. It’s a light almost lavender smell. It is well worth the money. I seen a lot of good reviews on this magnesium butter and I’m glad I chose this one. I have magnesium spray, but that didn’t seem to work at all. It made my legs sticky and if I just got done shaving, it would burn. I will definitely be ordering this again.

This product is so thick and luxurious! I bought a tub for my mom with restless legs and she loves it and it has helped her so much. I also bought a tub for my kids and I massage them after bath time before bed. They love the way it feels and smells and I love the way it works to relax them before bed. It is not at all greasy and soaks into their skin very nicely. I will be buying this again!

I really like the texture of this, but I was hesitant to use it because it came unsealed. There was no safety proofing on the jar, and the jar was not completely full when I received it, so I don’t know if that was just because of how it was transported or because it was used…

With complex health issues sometimes we fail to take advantage of the power of topical creams, oils and lotions. This excellent magnesium rich cream does what it promises. I apply it to my elbows, hands and my feet before bed. Sleeping is difficult for me so I notice any difference. I’m sleeping better and it’s calming to my restless legs and cramping feet. Not to pile on but this is the fourth jar of this I’ve ordered. My “other” works physical label all day and I’ve found this helps his tired feet and hands every night. For the hard working strong guys looking for some good sleep, try it.

This lotion has a good consistency and absorbs well into my skin. I use a bit of it on my calves and bottoms of my feet before I head to bed each night. I honestly cannot say if it has improved my sleeping, but it hasn't made things worse so I will consider that to be a win. I typically will fall asleep quickly anyways, so I'm not fully sure that this will cause me to sleep faster. It has a good scent to it, not overpowering. It does not make my skin feel greasy at all either. I think it does also help to make my skin a bit smoother. Overall, this is a good product and I recommend. Some other lotions I have looked at claim to do the same things, but are way more expensive so I think this is a good alternative.

Smells nice, works alright as a moisturiser but no, it does not help my frozen shoulder which is the reason why I bought it in the first place.

Very useful in soothing a lack of sensation

I was sceptical about this helping my restless legs syndrome, I seem to have it so often, especially after traveling. It is so bad it stops me sleeping, and drives me mad. This works amazingly well. I stopped using it for a day and it started again. I recently travelled long distance, which would usually make my restless legs at their worst. Using this whilst traveling, and before bed ment I didn’t feel it at all. I would 100% recommend this, and dare say I will be buy it very often. Amazing product, that smells lovely. Absorbs well, without leaving a greasy feel. I use it on my face and neck also, and it helps me relax before bed.

Worked 1st night of using, really helped me to sleep more soundly and to drop off to sleep quickly.
