The Gotham Steel Nonstick Double Grill Griddle Pan is almost the perfect griddle. The reason I say almost is that it won't stay in place on our stove due to our stoves' grates. We have to keep holding onto it when moving or turning food when we use it. I think it will be absolutely perfect on our RV stove due to its' side guards and broader grate. It is very lightweight, cooks food perfectly and cleans up EXTREMELY easy. It is an improvement over our Lodge cast-iron griddle which is built for weight-lifting competition and to give your arms a good workout to clean it after use. At first I thought the Ti-Cerama Coating would get scratched and marred from sliding on the cast-iron grates but, that has not happened. It is holding up extremely well. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell if the sliding on the stove grates will happen without trying it. I'm not disappointed that I ordered it and still plan to keep using it to cook with. I consider the Gotham Steel Nonstick Double Grill Griddle a good value!

We absolutely love this pan. Our other one was worn and and we were so happy to be able to buy a new one. Worth every penny. Food never sticks and sooooo easy to clean

I like putting a griddle in my grill to make it easier to clean afterwards. I put the flat side down. This works well, but I found that keeping my cast iron griddles rust-free was too much work. This griddle is the answer!I put it on my outdoor grill before heating it up, and kept the grill temperature below 500 degrees. I cooked chicken with barbecue sauce and it worked very well. Once I let the griddle cool, I used a sponge to clean it up. The sauce wiped right off. It just took a couple of minutes to clean.One downside with using sauce is that there's nowhere for it to drip to, so it pools on the griddle and burns. Some of it sticks to the food when you remove it. It's easy to clean off, but not tasty to eat. Next time I'll wait until the last minute to put the sauce on, and I won't overdo it.All in all, this is a great buy. I just wish I had found it earlier.

I got this to replace a Costco "The Rock" griddle. My old Rock wore out, but new ones were not the same size, and I did not want to pay for the Pro version. This griddle fit my gas burners perfectly and was the right size. However, I am giving it a 3 because pancakes and omelets started sticking after just several uses. It was cleaned properly after each use, but you can visibly see a difference in the surface after several uses.

We've used a cast iron griddle/grill for many years but as we get older it is very heavy so I decided to find a carbon steel. I could not a carbon steel but saw this and the price was practically cheap so we gave it a try. It does not work well, the heating is not uniform, the grill side is practically unclean-able and the griddle side burns in places and does not cook in others. The pan is warped and wobbles on the range top.So I'm going back to the old pan until I can find a carbon steel. FWIW, I offered to give it away to a relative, he said "no thanks", that if I did not want it, he did not want it either.

This grill is great it sits across two burners, heats up quickly, fries and crisps well, and contains oil and run off with the well around the edge. It is great for grilling up a large amount of meat or frying several pancakes at a time. Takes time to clean between grill grooves but very easy to clean stuck on grease and particles. Advice: Pay attention the the hot spots on the pan! Overall, one of my fav pans!
