It was quite easy to put together, push all the pieces together firmly and they held up well. My cat is small and skinny, she's about 6 pounds, so this is perfect for her at night. She has FCD so this is where we need to keep her or she wanders around and potties everywhere. She actually likes being in this. I'm really glad it is sizable, I was able to build just the two levels, she's too old to jump up to a third level, so I built it wider and with two floors, floor level for cat box and second level for bed and water. It's also good to DIY it if you have a limited space like we do. It would be even better if it had an octagon option in the little hinges, but maybe for a future product improvement. I like that it came with three doors, I put one in the top to pull out the cat fountain for cleaning and two on one side for going in and out and cleaning the cat box. This works good so far, is sturdy, can't be chewed through or easily bent. The only complaint I have is that the black coating wore off a bit in some places to the metal underneath at some point during transit, but there are only a couple tiny spots and they are not very noticeable. As long as your pet is not a chewer... it's just aesthetic. If you have a chewer or pet that is quite weighty, I would not recommend this, it will be destroyed quickly. For lightweight, small, and nonviolent animals, I highly recommend it! The price point is excellent for being so customizable, compared to other similar products.

It is a very good value for its money. The functionality of it is great. The ease of assembly is actually pretty good. It doesn’t take more than maybe 20 minutes or so if you get the hang of it. I don’t Use it for any outdoor use. My kitten thinks it’s very comfortable. I will come back to look for her and she’s just in there out of her free will taking a nap. Movement is pretty decent. You just have to be a little bit careful and moving not too rip off a panel by a sudden strong movement. I have my cats automatic food feeder in it for the hours that I’m not able to be home. I just put it through one of the panel holes and then I put her water on a different square on the bottom and I could also fit a pan that I put litter in as well. Are use a mini vacuum to vacuum out any spilled litter and I use a damp towel to clean any thing else I need to clean up from the bottom. It is easy to clean and it is pretty durable that my 8 pound cat that is not even a year old yet can jump on all of the panels up and down And it stays intact. I just suggest putting a toy or two in there if you also want to keep your cat in there overnight from them being mischievous and trying to wake you up all night it is good to train a cat bedtime.

***I wanted to add an edit, this is not safe for young kittens, they can easily get their heads stuck.I figured it out eventually but the directions don't tell you what those extra parts are for and it was a little annoying to say the least.I got this for my elderly female cat. She had been having issues using anything but her litter box as a litter box and we just bought a new house so this was going to be her sanctuary if it persisted. The problem was resolved so now it's her brother's kitty jail so he doesn't get eaten by one of our food agressive dogs. Baxter has no boundaries when he's begging for food. All in all it seems like a pretty nice kennel but there are definitely flaws.•The directions for the door attachments aren't really there for the parts.•The ladders seem to be too short and really have nothing to attach to unless it's just me that can't figure it out. They would be so steep my cats would have to jump to the next level anyway. I figured it was going to be more of a ramp.

I got this to house a cat and then it turned into housing 5 kittens as well. It’s difficult to put together- and the directions are somewhat helpful. My main issue it the metal bars pop out a lot and when you fix one, 3 more pop out. I’m always messing with trying to get it back together. However, it’s a nice size, seems sturdy, the cats like it, and I’m glad I have it. It’s bigger than I thought, so if I needed another one it would be a bit narrower and a different design, as these metal bars give me fits!

This is a flimsy piece of crap! Even with all the zip ties it is not strait or safe. It will not level out. There is a serious danger of my cats head or paw getting caught in a crack. I wish I had kept the box so I could return it! The Doors will not shut securely!!! I have an 11 yr old kitty that needs to be put up at night. He tends to get into everything. Guess I’ll order another. This is destined for the trash!

Needed something for the cats at night due to some health issues with one of them. This had so many mixed reviews but I took a chance.Its sturdy. I was worried based on some reviews but it’s good. The connectors lock into place and you get a bag of zip ties to reinforce corners, connections, wherever you want.Putting it together was not awful. There’s even a QR code that links you to a video that’s helpful also. You quickly get the hang of it.I thought it was going to be bigger but it still works fine. My daughter has two cats, biggest is 13lbs. This morning after I let them out, they went back in. So I’m guessing they don’t mind it! I plan on grabbing some extra toys and soft beds or pillows for it to make it more comfortable. I had a litter box in it also for them.All that to say it’s a good enclosure for the price. Fits two adult cats, litter box, water bowl. Nothing fancy but great for what I needed it for.

Easy to put together. I used this to keep my cats contained after their visit to the vet to be fixed. I wish I had bought a larger one. However, you could buy multiple sets and put them together.
