Honua Macadamia Blossom Honey - Pure Hawaiian Honey - 8 oz

It's delicious, compared to, say, the clover honey in your supermarket. But it's pretty expensive. Will I buy it again? Probably. I got a gift certificate for my birthday, with which I purchased a bunch of honeys: blueberry, eucalyptus, buckwheat, sourweed, alfalfa, etc., and the macadamia is maybe my favorite. But I would reserve it for spreading on toast or a muffin/scone, rather than using to flavor a sauce, or glazing meat, so that its sublime flavor is not wasted.

Perfect with Old fashion Rolled Oats for breakfast.

I brought a bottle of this honey home from the Big Island and regretted not having bought more. So happy it was available on Amazon. It is really good. Nutty and smooth. Really mellow honey flavor.

MULTI-PURPOSE HONEY.

This is not Macadamia Honey. I know what it tastes like and this taste just like regular wildflower honey. I was so disappointed...

Having a terrible problem with it crystallizing! We place it in a hot water bath, but by the next morning it’s crystallized again.....
