Sooo light, I thought the box was empty! The rollers and balls are very firm and strong. All are smooth, no ridges.

The first thing I immediately noticed is the light weight. At first I geniunely though the box was delivered empty.The product does not have a premium feel to it, it's more a budget choice. I looked for a firm roller and this parameter was definitely met. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product for first time rollers. If you are just starting go for something softer.The balls a a tiny bit bigger for my taste and the width of the roller on the other hand smaller.The roller came with small dents, but nothing that would restrict it's functionality. I like the small roller for feet. I'm curious if the product will stay this firm after few months.Overall, if you know how to move on a roller and are looking for a tough roller to squeeze your sore muscles, this is an okay budget choice.PS: love the bag!

Positives, it wasn't that bad, briefly does relieve the pain in certain area, but then straight back minutes later. The thing I find difficult with them is the ease of use, when you have serious back pain or an injury, trying to lie on these a certain way is near impossible. they are very uncomfortable and don't manipulate movement as you would really need.

Excellent for giving a sort of massage, leading to deep relaxation.
