I noticed complaints about weak magnets. Mine seems to be the exact same device as the originals. Looks like it and the magnet holds on fine.

Works perfectly
I bought a cheapo version of these a month ago, and they were useless - the magnets were the wrong way round, so that repelled rather than attracted.These ones work perfectly - just like the one that came with the watch.
