What other materials did you need to create the balloon arch e.g. string, tape etc

Nothing, everything is included and mostly I used their stickers. They are double sided. I put two balloons together and then twisted with other two balloons so that i attached on the arch. And the filled the gaps with the smaller balloons

Will they last if i done them the night before?

Yes they will, I did mine the night before, if your doing it on your own, it took me two hours just to bow the balloons up. I lost about five balloons

Is it easy to remove the hooks from the wall or they will leave a stain on the wall?

Theyre strong, I found mine peeled the paint off mine a little, but it was ever so slightly so can easily be painted over
