this item feels so cheap, the instructions read like they have been written by a child, and had to go online to make sense of the setting. this is very thin, and not that good at sticking to the skin so have to put tight clothing on to hold it in place.Although it has pads that go around the sides of your waist line, i thought that these would work the obliques, sadly it does not, they seem to be just there for extra adhesion. shame. it sort of works, but I think I will invest in something a bit better next time.

I found this product very disappointing. The gel pads don’t last beyond 2-3 uses. I had to buy replacements, which are worse. The intensity is just not strong enough. I’ve not had the results promised despite regular use.I wish I could return it, but I’m not able to contact the seller.

I personally have to say I was a bit curious about the purchase with regards if it works, happy to say it does work the muscles bit of heat but you get used to it
