Great product. Ordered this to keep on hand for recipes instead of canned coconut milk. The taste is amazing and it dissolved nicely into hot water. This was my first time using powdered coconut milk, so I didn't realize how much I would need for cooking/baking. The ratio is 1:2, powder:water so to make 1 cup of coconut milk for a recipe, you use 1/2 cup of powder. Would love it if this were available in a larger size (16 oz?) so I could get more uses out of each container!

I take this supplement 4 to 5 times a week and have seen a reduction in my cholesterol levels as a result. It has a very earthy smell and flavor. The powder does lump up sometimes, but when mixed it does become smooth. I take mine with just a little water and am able to handle the flavor. In a smoothie, I could not really pick up on the flavor.

Used broken cell chorella for many yesrs. The one main positive thing i like about this product is that it helps kerp the body in Alkaline stste. Has often been said (reading articles/listening to nutrition pros) that keeping the hody in an alkaline state keeps body much stronger for fighting disease. When thenody is in acidic state it is far more open to disrase. Chlorella helps keep body in a balanced state. And its quite simple to use in water or other bland drinks, i stay away from sugar drinks wuite well. Keeping a healthy immune system is best thing you can do for your bidy and chlorella certainly assists in doing just that. 👍🏻

This is a good astragalus powder. I use it in smoothies.

I take a few supplements, d, k, c etc and the only way that I know they are working is regular blood tests. This is the only supplement that I could feel the effects from. I take it in the morning by adding 1 c soy milk (Eden unsweetened, no fillers), 1 teaspoon matcha tea, and stevia, put it in a blender and then pour over ice. It is delicious made this way. I am also finally regular in the morning, this has been a lifelong problem. I was also low in iodine and will be retesting soon.
