Very satisfied with this purchase. I honestly think everyone should have one to relieve neck stiffness and tension. It was a little confusing to figure out at first, but I found a quick tutorial on YouTube. After using it, I felt so relieved and honestly happy, it really works!

Make sure your eyes are tucked in right, hair is out of the way ect… then close your eyes and start relaxing and breathing.Having somebody start pulling and ba da bin ba da boom.

Our chiropractor used this pulley on us and we were happy with the results, so we decided to try it at home. So far so good.

This works very well. It has provided me a bit of relief in my cervical area.

Best purchase ive ever made on Amazon. Helped alleviate pain and tensed neck. Try to pull very gently, don’t pull hard to get that crack like the chiropractor. I’m not a professional so i go gently at home

I had a terrible neck pain soreness for improper sleeping position, and for a whole week I could not move or turn my head. Tried different remedies, medicine, and massages and nothing could get rid of the soreness, I knew I was hyper-compressed.I decided to order this device after watching several youtube videos of people having life changing experiences with this strap. I must say I was skeptical, but after a week I thought it couldn't hurt trying.Man, I had my father (im 27) pulled me himself, it took him 3 pulls but with each pull I could feel the tension on my neck loosening and in the third ATTEMPT. Not recommended by chiropractors. This is safe for them to use but definitely a bad idea if you are hoping for neck pain relief. You could hurt yourself more. Now when used correctly it can be totally worth it.
