Kingfancy Women Vintage 1950s Dress Retro Cocktail Party Swing Dresses with Cap Sleeves

I absolutely loved this dress. The pattern was very true to the pictures on the listing. The size was true. The material is not too thin and keeps you cool. I felt it hugged in all the right places and I got many compliments on it.

Based on the measurements, I ordered a large (I am size 8/10, ~142 lbs, large bust) and the dress is a tad too big. But not enough to return it and risk the medium being too small (which the measurements say it will be). I'm going to wash it and hope for the best. The fit is great otherwise, not too revealing in armpits, not too deep in the cleavage, very flattering for my figure, and the ribbon tie allows me to make it tighter around the waist. A 5-star dress would have the plaid lines line up on the seams and would have a lining in the dress skirt (this has in the bodice at least) but that would probably have cost a lot more so I am satisfied with what I got for the price.

Great price, wonderful fit, true to size, classic style, does not wrinkle excessively when seated, the Sicilian Lemon print was a huge hit, so many compliments, nice, cool dress for summer.

The dress was exactly as advertised, nice thick cotton with a lining around the top. It's exactly as pictured with fitted top and wide skirt with pockets. I'm going to order more because fitting someone like me with a 38D cup size is next to impossible in a fitted top

This was a very cute dress and I loved the material. I took my measurements and I was a little below the measurements for the size XXL but it was still a little tight and short. I wish I could have kept it.

As someone who sews, I was expecting a cheaply made dress at this price. Was I WRONG! This is a quality made garment with a lining in the top. The fabric is a nice cotton and is brightly colored. I loved the way it fit and the way it moved. I did use a petticoat under it for a "Garden Party" and it was so fun that way. Truly well made and worth the price!

Awesome quality especially for the price!!! I would recommend a simple petticoat under, it really sets it off! I am between an 8 and 10, I ordered a size large initially and it was a little big so I quickly ordered a medium and it was perfect. Return was no issue, great seller, highly recommend!
