BCW Half-Dollar Coin Storage Tubes - 10 ct

I was very unsatisfied with this product. Quality control was very poor as I would find several of the storage tubes would have issues where the cap would not securely screw onto the tube. It would keep spinning and never tighten. Turning the tubes upside down with coins in it would cause the cap to pop off and the contents to fall out. They felt cheaply made and would easily crack or break if dropped from even a foot high on carpet when filled with coins.They are also very hard to store. Since the caps are wider than the tube you cannot store them stacked on their sides and stacking them on top of each other is not very stable and difficult to arrange and rearrange.I really liked that they were clear and you could see what was in each tube quickly.I used these tubes for about a week and got so sick of them I threw them all away and bought the much sturdier White Plastic Square Coin Tubes. Those are much easier to stack and organize and they do not break or open when handled or dropped even with the cap that just snaps on.I would never buy these tubes for storing my coin and bullion collection again.

Had to buy extras to get these because I didn't need this many. Gave extras to friend. Works fine but would probably shatter if dropped full of coins.

Bought these to store large numbers of 50 cent pieces. The plastic of the tubes is brittle - if you drop a roll more than a few inches you can expect cracks and breakage. I replaced these with square white (polyethylene) tubes and am much, much happier.

Coins fit nicely, price good enough to store art supplies like beads or pins. Screw off lids have a little flex to them (softer plastic) while the actual tube is stiff and brittle enough to shatter if stepped on. Have also used to store acrylic paint mixes.

These are perfect for my 50c pieces! They also come in handy for buttons and other small objects.

If you're careful when screwing on the tops, these should last for quite a long time. Like 'em.

Items arrived quickly and the price is right.Fits the half dollar coin snugly which is good. One of the caps just could not be screw on tight. It appears the thread on the container was not holding the cap on. Attempted to use another caps from other 50 cent tubes and none of those caps would screw tight to the tube with the defected threading. All others caps screw on tightly to its tube. Still a good buy.

did it again but, like I said, more than one use for these tubes not just for coins. we all need something to put smaller items in. you think, they work great
