I bought this to grinding a glass lens from 25.4mm to 23mm, and it did not take too much time at all, it is a lot easy then I thought.

I like the wheels, the grinder and everything, but it doesn’t have enough power.

It's useful if you have emergencies, but there are better products out there

VERY SMALL AND HAS NO POWER!!! Wheel almost comes to a stop when cutting down a lens. And you can smell the motor, OK for safety ing. that's about it. Never had a problem for 44 years with my old hand edger until the it died. This one is half dead. less then1month. I'm a Licensed optician, own my own store and do all my own lab work. Not happy with it. If you are good with a hand stone (I am) stay away from this and get one with a more powerful motor. good for a hobbyist.

Did not come with the v groove bevel as described in the listing and shown in all the pictures.
