I am told this item is covered by Medicare....how does it get covered if I purchase on Amazon?

I asked the Purewick company. They told me that Medicare announced they’d pay at the beginning of the year but when the paperwork was submitted each one was denied so Purewick no longer submits claims. Guess we all have to investigate this for ourselves !

Will this collect most or all of the urine of a side sleeper who lays still? Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to answer.
