I mostly have problems at night bladder issues and use the abena l4 for that but during the day I have more control but if someone/something startles me ill loose control and there has been a few times I really had to go and got startled heading to the bathroom these thing held up like a champ catching it all. Sitting I've had them leak a little but I didn't have them pulled up as tight as I should of.

I order these for my 81 year old father, after trying multiple brands that leaked, uncomfortable, I ordered these, now they are the only ones he will use, no more leaking, they may cost more than other brands, but it’s worth the extra money. I also had a bed ridden client that only used this brand. They are more absorbent

Does not leak! Fits me well. I'm 200 pounds and 5'5. Does not bind and cut and give me pain in my groin. I've been caught out at the doctor's office and voided in my L3 underware 2 times and still there was no leak. The most important thing is make sure you get a proper fit and the underware will take care of you.! Yes, they cost more but they are worth the cost unless you don't mind changing your bed in the middle of the night.

A little on the small size.

There is quite a bit of difference between these and the older version. I find that they hold a TON of liquid. If the person you are buying these for has a very heavy output of liquid, these are perfect. Sizing is a bit larger than regular sizes, so it's suggested to order one size down from your normal size. They are a bit pricy and unfortunately, no other place has them much cheaper. They are completely worth it though. The person that they are intended for has severe nighttime incontinence every night. These pads do the job perfectly. In the morning, when they are taken off, they do not leak any liquid at all. It is all completely absorbed. They rip off at the sides for easy removal. We recently had an issue with a new package we bought, where they were leaking every single night. After buying these for over a year, I was surprised and upset. I checked the package, and it seems as those ones were expired by almost two years. I contacted Abena and they gave me my money back, which was great! Overall, these are a fantastic product. If you or a loved one experiences severe incontinence, or even need them after pregnancy, these are perfect.

The Abri-Flex diaper is the best adult diaper we have tried, and we tried many! He still has leakage at the back of the diaper, but it leaks less than other brands. It absorbs a lot of urine. We use it strictly as a night diaper since it is somewhat bulky for day use.

Abena Abri-Flex are the BEST most absorbent incontinence briefs... no lie, we have tried them all!I have 2 relatives and 2 caregiving clients that use these.U can almost get 12 hours of wear without leakage!Words of Advice:-Gently stretch before putting on (they might tear a small bit, but are still durable).-Make sure they fit snug in-between the legs.-Pull out and up from the back to get maximum coverage from the rear.-To easily remove, rip down from the sides.-Buy them in bulk here on Amazon.-Level 2 and 3 are briefs Level 4 are tabbed diapers (don’t let the picture fool u)-Even these don’t stop all leakage all the time, but I would say at least 90% of the time they do.-Always use a bed pad just in case.

Absorbent but bulky

Excellent product. Very absorbent. Even overnight leakage is very rare.
