I ordered this as a center for my dark wooden table. I think its a beautiful piece to my kitchen and at night when I light up my candles it give a very warm feeling to the table. Me and my girlfriend have candlight dinners and these things really help set the mood. The only complain I have is that it isnt leveled and the stain isnt dark enough for my taste. Luckily I have a sander and stain, but the contrast between the table and this candle holder really gives a nice look, so it isnt too much of a problem. More then anything my girl loves it.

I have a rather long but narrow dining table and most other centerpiece items have seemed too large for it. Especially ones with candles, which I wanted to use. This little beauty fixed both of those problems for me. It's narrow, and the glow of the tealights was just beautiful on the long wooden table. Another great benefit was the ability to see the guests across the table without interference. Also, it's just so beautifully simplistic that you can add other decorations around it, or on each end very easily. I had beautiful gold guilded leaves "tossed" underneath at Thanksgiving. Everyone who came complimented this centerpiece. Highly recommended!

The wine barrel stave candle holder is very pleasing to the eye. It's simplistic and a bit rugged, but it creates such a beautiful atmosphere. I wish I had selected a darker color. Regardless, it's a piece I know will last forever.Since I have very curious cats, I use those fake tea lights (so much for the romantic look, but at least, I know I won't be smelling burnt whiskers).

I couldn't have selected a better item for my daughter's and her husband's fifth anniversary. Being that wood exemplifies the fifth anniversary and the fact that they are absolute candle-crazy, this item was the perfect choice. Did I mention that my daughter knows her wines exceptionally well, which adds to the significance of this gift, The kids absolutely love it, and I couldn't be happier with the selection I made for this occasion. Superb quality and workmanship!!

These folks went above and beyond when I ordered this well before Christmas, but never received, despite FedEx claiming they delivered. It was a gift for someone who was looking forward to it. After an email and a phone call, I was reassured that they were looking into the delivery issue and that I would definitely received another candle holder. The gift recipient, was pleased beyond his expectations. I be ordering more!!!

An excellent finish on the wood. I love gentle curves and arches - this has a beautiful curve and has enough tea lights to put out beautiful light. When using scented tea lights, you can detect the scent without becoming overpowered (when using in a large room). I love this product. Beautiful grain. Real wood (duh).

This is such a beautiful candle holder. I placed it on the mantle over my fireplace. You can put tea light candles in it, or the new battery operated ones. What I love most is the wood from the wine barrels. You can actually see some of the red wine that has soaked into the wood over time. The price is much better than other places that sell this candle holder, too. I highly recommend it!
